Daly, MBA, CPA, CMA, CPIM, is a Chelsea, Michigan-based management consultant specializing in costing, pricing strategy and pricing model development.  He has taught continuing professional education courses since 1995 and began doing ethics seminars two weeks before the Enron scandal.  John has been CFO for a Tier 1 automotive parts supplier and a large restaurant chain and COO for a window treatments manufacturer and retailer.  He is the author of "Pricing for Profitability", published by Wiley and Sons and a novel, "Tool & Die".

Dr. Harry Cohen is a shrink, coach, husband, father, restaurateur, serial entrepreneur, speaker, and friend. He's coached executives and high-potential managers at companies like Ford Motor Company, using his Heliotropic leadership philosophy to hone their skills and focus on their strengths. Harry even developed a culture-change program for Ford and Lincoln dealers facilitating 3.5 day leadership conferences for 4000 automotive dealership teams. In these efforts Harry reached 250,000 people, many having said, “It was one of the most significant professional and personal experience of their lives.”

In his downtime, Harry wrote the book Secrets of the Obvious, a guide to balanced living. Since 2008, he's owned The Black Pearl restaurant in Ann Arbor, MI, where he practices what he preaches. His latest book, Be the Sun, Not the Salt, takes his Heliotropic principles even further, showing how they can improve business performance, team dynamics, and how to apply these pearls of wisdom within your personal life.
